The Story Behind CCS by KW
Turning Chaos Into Clarity
Organizations do incredible work—but too often, communication challenges, competing priorities, and behind-the-scenes tasks pull focus away from what matters most.
CCS by KW was created to provide dependable support that helps organizations communicate clearly, stay organized, and move forward with confidence.
Whether supporting a single project or providing ongoing coordination, the goal remains the same: helping organizations spend less time managing chaos and more time making an impact.
Why CCS by KW?
Every organization is different.
That’s why CCS doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every project begins by listening, understanding your goals, and creating practical support that fits your organization.

The CCS Difference
CCS by KW isn’t focused on simply completing tasks.
The focus is on creating capacity—improving communication, organizing moving pieces, and providing dependable support that allows leaders and organizations to focus on the work that matters most.
We don’t just complete tasks. We create clarity, confidence, and capacity.
Hi, I’m Kassidra Warner, founder of CCS by KW.
I’ve always enjoyed bringing order to busy schedules, organizing moving pieces, improving communication, and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges.
Over the years, those skills have grown through community leadership, volunteer work, youth sports organizations, fundraising, and event coordination. Those experiences inspired me to create CCS by KW—a business dedicated to helping organizations work with greater clarity and confidence.
A Little More About Me
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me supporting my family, volunteering in the community, planning events, or creating systems that make everyday life a little more organized.
Those experiences continue to shape how I approach every project—with empathy, collaboration, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
